Central station
When tourists come by train to Antwerp City, they view at the time of arrival this rail line. They capture photos and admire the beauty of the station. Exterior Designing
It is wonderful from the inside and as well as from the outside. From the external side, it is structured as a dome which is an entrance hall from the interior side. The exterior design with two pillars made from grey color stones, with a combination of golden color steel patterns, of historic architectural elegance, with ached long windows and opened several doorways like columns enhance the beauty of this depot. The total area is squared connecting the elongated part with tunnel tubes externally. The Thalys train, the fastest train, also runs from this railway line between Paris and Amsterdam. The astonishing exterior architectural sights are a component of the tourist attraction.
Interior Artful
The interior architectural view is like historic buildings and arches. The internal area has two parts one is the squared entrance hall with the roof of a canopy made of steel, which is continued with arch structures that also amuse the tourists. The original iron and glass hall was, designed by Clément Van Bogaert. The other part is a tunnel for rails extended with railway tracks. The tunnel tube continued with two tracks which are opened under the terminal and elongated outside. There is a sculpture of a pigeon and a hand, which represents "hands of peace" and this model is the idea of a Chinese named YAN ShuFen. The tall windows on the walls, with historic archway patterns followed the roof arches and made it a completely perfect framework.
There are three or four flours for trains, some shops, and a police office in the internal area. Additionally, four floors of this terminal with lifts and escalators, increase the charm of this depot. Two of the four are underground floors. Civilians can travel to other cities in Belgium and neighboring countries of Belgium like Holland and France. The National Railway Company of Belgium, known as NMBS in the Dutch language, sounds Nationale Maatschappij der Belgische Spoorwegen, or SNCB in French which is pronounced as Société Nationale des Chemins de fer Belges, is operating the train services of this railroad system.

This terminal was constructed between 1895 and 1905 with, stone clad and designed by architect Louis Delacensarie. The major elements of this railway line were rebuilt in 2007. The depot was awarded a grand pix at the European Union Prize for Cultural Heritage (Europa Nostra awards) in 2011.
