In Belgium when somebody opens a liquor cafe. Police inquire whether he is retailing light liquor or heavy alcohol. This is because marketing heavy alcohol is not permitted in Belgium but still, people drink a lot of light liquors as all booze is unhealthy old civilians also declare that alcohol harms the liver even though drunkards brew booze.
