CIRCUS
As Belgians are gleeful, when summer holidays start, the nation enjoys various festivals in Belgium and outside of Belgium. “Zommer voor Antwerpen” is the community to organizes summer events in Antwerpen city. In 2024 they completed 30 years and their celebrations begin with various activities. Some with payment and the rest are free. Circuses and musical festivals are highlights of these events.
‘Smooth as fiasco’ circus
“Smooth as fiasco” is also a circus. It is free of cost and set just for three days at ‘ZOMERBAR’ which is a park. A lot of civilians come and are entertained by this show. This fair with twelve students from a French circus school performed dazzling staggeringly. The pupils are from Chile to Mexico and from Spain to Belgium and the Netherlands. They all presented an incredible show. This circus is mixed with acrobatics and gymnastics, break dance, martial arts, and music with humor in just 75 minutes. spectaculars enjoyed and giggled a lot and applauded them.
Gymnastic unique
Their exceptional gymnastic steps marvel at the audience. They mixed gymnastics with fun which is interesting. It is humorous most onlookers delight in this gymnastic fair.
Acrobatics with clothes
acrobat with clothes is getting old as everyone can do it and this is what the same stunts are but it is a little laughable too. But the special part of this skill is that they ended with humor with this clothing acrobat which is a girl who remains hanged out at the top. which makes the crowd laugh out laughs.
Acrobat with a huge ring
This is the most amusing part of Acrobat with sad emotions in which a boy holding two buddies and performing with a huge ring. The onlooker applauds this move because the two buddies are acting like they are sleeping and holding drowsy bodies while performing a huge ring stunt is very hard. The lyrics for this section are sad as well. For this reason, everyone finds this acrobat fantastic.
Acrobatic with pole
The starting and ending of this acrobat are magnificent as they first prepare the pole with some hilarious performances and then initiate with a funny agility with it. This is the second most applauded act. Before ‘the end” they also crack this pole for laughs as this section is to make the civil laugh.
Exceptional music
What they are performing with that making music and singing themselves as well. This is a distinctive and likable lyric as utilizing few musical instruments to make such a piece of lovely music. They aim to make spectators laugh. Their dance performance is also fabulous.
The opening was mind blowing and the end was also perfect. Some moments were extremely unique. Some parts were mind blowing. Astonishing talent of students that they were singing, making music , drawn spectator laughs and they did it. Civilians were glad and acclaimed while standing for this team “SMOOTH AS FIASCO” at the end of this show.

Other performances
The very simple martial arts skill is also a part of this fair. Moreover, they execute bottle art and ball art with the latest moves. Bottle art is very impressive with new steps. Performance with balls using hands and feet is an interesting one. Another ball acrobatic is not so unique. He tries his best but is ineffective. Their acts with old clothes with humor are so hilarious. They play with spoons too on the table but that is some old skill. At somewhere they attempt to make the crowd laugh but only a few audience laugh.
The end
The whole show is humorous plays, so before the end, they fight. This conflict is a section of this festival as well, to make the spectators laugh as this is just a hilarious quarrel. Everyone is just fighting with each other for fun that is so impressive.
