The Zoo
Kids love to see animals as they have studied about them from their school life. In Antwerpen Zoo, there are divergent categories of mammals, birds, fish, reptiles, and amphibians. They are set up according to their habitats. Location and timing
When tourists visit Antwerp city they also tour the Zoo because it is located next to the train station. It is easy for visitors to tour the train station and the wildlife place on the same day. The zoological garden remains open daily from 10 am to 6 pm. It is easy to enjoy it after touring the railway station.
Birds and wildlife
Various groups of birds and beasts can be sighted in this animal park. This wildlife garden is huge to visit which is why tickets are a little costly for kids under three years are free, kids from 3 to 11 years are charged 26.50 Euros per child, for adults tickets cost 32.50 Euro per adult, for young people it cost 30.50 Euro, for seniors citizens is also 30.50 Euro, and with an annual pass, it is different with discount. If any Belgian citizen has a birthday she/he can amuse, with the zoological garden free of cost. For this reason, he/she has to show her/his ID card.
Shop and park
The specialty of this animal park is it has a small area at the beginning of the wildlife place, and a shop to buy toys, educational books, or heart-warming gadgets. This small area before the zoo is for small festivals to rejoice with. Most of the people come and sit there for relaxation as well.
The Savanne cafe
Hungry as a lion or thirsty as a camel? The restaurant Savanne opens daily from 10 am to half an hour before closing the zoological garden. Tourists can dine with the savory meals there.

When you enter the wildlife park, you can take a zoo map which is very useful to find animals as all the habitats of the beast are set by numbers, and those numbers are mentioned on the map. This makes visitors, effortless to find all the animals. One more thing, the animal park is huge while, visiting most people get tired, so do not get worried there are some places to sit when you feel tired you can take rest.
